President Hassan Rouhani in a telephone conversation with Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani noted that terrorist groups are a serious obstacle to development of relations among regional states.
"All regional countries are suffering from the issue of terrorism,” IRNA cited Rouhani as saying.
“There might be differences of opinion in some issues, but the two countries are friends, brothers and neighbors,” Trend cited Sheikh Tamim as saying.
