The Plenipotentiary of the Russian President in the North Caucasus Federal District, Hero of Russia Oleg Evgenyevich Belaventsev celebrates his birthday - he turned 68 years old.
Oleg Belaventsev was appointed by Vladimir Putin on July 28 last year, and before that he had hold office of the presidential plenipotentiary to the Crimean Federal District, which is now a part of the Southern Federal District, Caucasus Today reports.
