According to a message of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources on Friday, nine Georgian cities have been equipped with special devices in order to check the concentration of pollutants in air.
Air samples will be taken in 60 areas. 26 of them are located in Tbilisi.
Air pollution will be checked in Rustavi (Kvemo Kartli region), Batumi (Adjara), Gori (Shida Kartli region), Zugdidi (Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti), Zestafoni (Imereti region), Akhaltsikhe (Samtskhe-Javakheti), Kutaisi (Imereti region) and Telavi (Kakheti region).
