Putin congratulates Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on Independence Day

Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the country’s national holiday, Independence Day.

In his message Vladimir Putin highly assessed the active development of Russian-Turkmen relations in the spirit of strategic partnership and expressed certainty in the further expansion of bilateral cooperation in all areas, as well as constructive interaction in regional and international affairs and in the spirit of strengthening stability and security in Central Asia, the Kremlin press service said.
