Putin discusses OPEC + with Saudi Crown Prince

Russian President Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman, the Kremlin press service reports.

"Topical issues of bilateral cooperation, including in the trade and economic spheres, were discussed. The mutual desire for the further development of beneficial ties between Russia and Saudi Arabia was expressed,” the statement reads.

The parties also "gave a positive assessment of the joint work in the OPEC+ format aimed at ensuring the stability of the global oil market."
