Russian President Vladimir Putin held a governmental meeting on the economic situation in the country late on Thursday night, the presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"The President held a meeting on the current issues of the country’s economy, as well as various aspects of medium-term development," Interfax cited him as saying.
The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, the First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, presidential aide Andrei Belousov, the Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, the Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev, the head of the Accounts Chamber Tatyana Golikova and Russia's Central Bank head Elvira Nabiullina.
