Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree 'On early termination of the powers of the Governor of the Zabaykalsky Territory, Konstantin Ilkovsky'. The presidential decree was published on the Kremlin's official website.
The Russian president has also reprimanded the head of the Republic of Karelia, Alexander Khudilainen.
