The authorities of Qatar have no plans to organize a ground operation in Syria, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Khalid bin Mohamed al-Attiyah, said.
"It is out of the question to have our soldiers’ feet on the Syrian ground," TASS cited him as saying.
The Foreign Minister stressed that the people of Syria can liberate their country themselves. The only thing they need is financial support.
