The Emir of Qatar, Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, has confirmed his intention to finance the construction of a mosque in Ingushetia and an Islamic University, the head of Ingushetia, Yunus-bek Yevkurov, said after a meeting of the President of the Russian Federation with the Emir of Qatar, the press service of the head of Ingushetia reports.
"The meeting with the Emir of Qatar Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani was very fruitful. I told the Emir of Qatar in detail about the project that we want to implement in Magas. He confirmed his intention to finance the construction of a mosque and an Islamic University," Yevkurov said, Interfax South reports.
