President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon urged the population of the country to stock up on food products in relation to the unfavorable economic situation in the country.
Speaking in the city of Kulyab, Rahmon spoke about the natural disasters that have hit the country due to abnormal heat and melting of glaciers. "The damage to the country as a result of natural disasters in July reached 3 billion somonis (more than $460 million)," he added.
