The Health Minister of the Chechen Republic Elkhan Suleymanov welcomed the Azerbaijani partners at the airport in Grozny.
It is reported that Ramiz Mehdiyev's visit to Chechnya is part of the working agenda of bilateral relations between Russia and Azerbaijan.
