Iran will withdraw the lawsuit against Russia after the supplies of the first division of the S-300 missile systems take place, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin said.
"They should withdraw it after the supplies of the first division. When? Upon manufacturing, in the near future," RIA Novosti cited him as saying.
Rogozin stressed that Tehran dropping the lawsuit is the condition for the supplies, adding that this issue should be decided by the Iranian parliament.
