Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has called on Muslims to unite under the present critical conditions, Iranian media report.
Rouhani noted that Tehran doesn't accept the confrontation between Shiite or Sunni people. “The Islamic world is more than ever before in need of peace and peaceful resolutions of its existing problems,” Trend cited the President as saying.
Rouhani also expressed his condolences and readiness to dispatch any special assistance to the victims of the disaster in Nigeria.
