President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan, Rovnag Abdullayev, arrived in Tbilisi today.
Now he is holding talks with the Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili and the First Vice Prime Minister of Georgia and Minister of Energy, Kakha Kaladze, Sputnik Georgia reports.
