Russia and Qatar to discuss world oil prices

Spokesman for the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, has said that the Russian Federation and the Qatar will exchange their views on world oil prices in the course of talks, but the probability that some agreement will be achieved is extremely low because Moscow and Doha cannot achieve these arrangements together.

"We know that it is a very complex collective process. A after the failure at the meeting in Doha some things should be started again,’’ Peskov cites RIA Novosti as saying.
