Russia's Permanent Representative to the International Organizations, Vladimir Voronkov, stated yesterday that Russia positively assesses the IAEA's first report on the implementation by Iran of the agreement with the 'six' international negotiators on the Iranian nuclear program.
"IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano confirms that Tehran is complying with all its obligations under the joint comprehensive action plan," TASS quotes Voronkov as saying.
