Russia may resume its military operation in Syria, if Daesh or other terrorist groups will escalate tensions and commit attacks against the civilian population, the Speaker of Russia’s Federation Council, Valentina Matviyenko, said.
According to the Speaker of the Federation Council, Moscow will oppose attempts of terrorists to resume full-scale war, RIA Novosti reports.
