Russian President Vladimir Putin signed an order on Nov. 27 to recall Vladimir Dorokhin from the post of the country’s ambassador to Azerbaijan.
The document was posted on the official web portal of legal information.
The tenure of Vladimir Dorokhin as Russia’s ambassador to Azerbaijan ended. He was appointed to this post in February 2009.
