Russia’s Energy Minister Alexander Novak said that Russia was ready to continue cooperation with OPEC and non-OPEC oilproducers and argued that the oil market was in balance.
"There are other investors interested in Novatek's Arctic lng 2 apart from Saudi Aramco," Novak added, FXStreet reported.
