Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak will meet with OPEC Secretary-General Mohammad Sanusi Barkindo on the margins of the CERAWeek conference in Houston.
"I think we will certainly meet on sidelines [with the OPEC Head]," Sputnik cited Novak as saying.
The 36th annual energy IHS CERAWeek conference will bring together at least 3,000 delegates from more than 60 countries on March 6-10.
