Foreigners and stateless persons will be able to enter Russia from the territories of the LDPR and Ukraine without any problems since March 5, the Kremlin press service reports, citing a presidential decree.
"Foreign citizens and stateless persons from the territories of the LPR, DPR and Ukraine enter Russia and exit Russia to the states of their citizenship or permanent residence without issuing a visa, on valid identity documents and recognized by Russia as such", the text says.
In addition, entry is also carried out on the basis of identity documents, the validity of which has expired.
