The Russian Defense Ministry is ready to hold talks with its counterparts from Turkey to avoid any misunderstandings in Syria, Russian Deputy Defense Minister, Anatoly Antonov, said.
"The General Staff of the Ministry of Defense is ready to create a different kind of working groups on this issue. And first of all, Turkey should be mentioned here. We will welcome a Turkish Defense Ministry delegation in Moscow," he said.
