Russian Finance Ministry doesn't expect oil price growth after output freeze meeting

The Russian Finance Ministry does not expect the outcome of the upcoming meeting in Doha to trigger oil price hike, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said.

"We don't expect any changes in the price in spite of the negotiations which are being conducted currently with oil-extracting nations," Siluanov told the US CNBC broadcaster.

He added that the Russian government based its economic projections on the oil price of around $40 per barrel, Sputnik reports.
