The Ministry of Energy of Russia will participate in the negotiations with the countries of OPEC in Vienna on November 26-28 on the eve of a meeting of the cartel, the head of the ministry, Alexander Novak, reported.
"We have to move step by step. The next step to be made on November 26-28, when the experts gather once again before the OPEC meeting on November 30th to consider all the figures,’’ TASS quotes him as saying.
The minister said that the consultations will be attended by the representatives from both the OPEC countries and countries outside the cartel. The exact date of the meeting is now determined.
