Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak expects OPEC and non member countries to sign an agreement after the meeting on December 10 in Vienna.
"Of course. We came here to sign an agreement," Novak said responding to a question on whether OPEC and non member countries may sign an agreement after the meeting.
"I look forward to tomorrow's event with optimism, I think we will reach an agreement," he added, TASS reports.
