"Today is a significant day for the Black Sea Fleet and the 41st Missile Ship Brigade- a flag is solemnly raised in Sevastopol on the newest small missile ship Grayvoron, which will significantly increase the combat capabilities of the renowned formation," the chief of the main headquarters of the Russian Navy, First Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, Alexander Vitko said, TASS reports.
