A fire broke out at the main gas pipeline in the Sangachal settlement of Azerbaijan’s Garadagh district on January 10 at about 20.45 pm, APA reports with reference to the press service of SOCAR.
According to the report, in order to extinguish the fire gas pipeline was localized, the gas supply has been redirected to another wire; the line was isolated from the operation.
No one was injured and no settlements are under threat as a result of incident.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
