Samvel Mkrtchyan has been appointed the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Lebanon, with residence in Beirut. The corresponding decree was signed by the Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, his press service said.
By another decree the head of state dismissed the Former Armenian Ambassador to Lebanon Ashot Kocharyan from his post, ARKA reports.
