Commercial bank Bank Melli Iran has signed cooperation agreements with Russia's Sberbank, Iranian Press TV reported.
It is noted that the memorandum was signed by the CEO of Bank Melli Iran Mohammad Reza Farzin, who is on a visit to Moscow, and the CEO of Sberbank German Gref. It is noted that the document is aimed at developing cooperation in the banking and trade sectors.
Farzin wrote on his social networks that he arrived in Moscow at the invitation of Gref. "We signed important contracts and memoranda", he added.
Also during Farzin's visit, a new trade center was opened with the participation of businessmen of the two countries under the auspices of the Mir Business Bank, which would contribute to the development of cooperation and activities of Russian and Iranian entrepreneurs.
