Armenian Armed Forces opened fire on the village of Chiragli in Azerbaijan's Aghdam district today.
A resident of Chiragli, Joshgun Mammadov, born in 1999, received two bullets to an arm and a leg.
He was taken to the central hospital of Aghdam, APA reports.
