Russia's Central Election Commission registered Pavel Grudinin nominated by the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (KPRF) as a candidate for Russia’s president at the March 18 elections.
He is the second to complete the registration process. The leader of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDPR) Vladimir Zhirinovsky was registered on December 29.
