The construction of the high-rise residential complex Shali-City will be finished by the New Year, the head of Russia's republic of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, said.
According to him, to date, three high-rise buildings out of six have already been completed. The apartments are furnished with furniture and the necessary equipment. A kindergarten, sports complex and other social facilities are located nearby," TASS cited Kadyrov as saying.
The head of the region also drew attention to the quality of the work carried out in constructing a 21-storey building. It will have offices, a hotel, a shopping and entertainment complex. The administration of the Shalinsky district will be moved here.
