The Azerbaijani city of Sheki was declared the cultural capital of the Turkic world in 2016. The Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan, the city authorities and the International Organization of Turkic Culture have prepared a plan of joint actions, which includes international festivals, exhibitions, concerts and presentations.
The logo titled 'Sheki is the cultural capital of the Turkic world 2016' has also been prepared, AzerTAc reports.
