Russia’s finance ministry expects the country’s National Wealth Fund (NWF) will exceed its spending threshold of 7% of gross domestic product (GDP) by 1.7 trillion rubles ($26.2 billion) next year, Russia's Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said.
As of October 1, Russia’s National Wealth Fund declined to 7.928 trillion rubles ($1.7 trillion).
