Six militants have been killed in Nalchik, where a counter-terrorism operation regime was imposed on August 3, a source in the power structures of the republic said.
"According to preliminary data, six militants were killed on Musova Street," RIA Novosti cited him as saying.
A group of militants discovered in one of the apartment buildings refused to give up and opened fire at police officers.
