Sochi to resettle 400 residents from damaged houses

394 residents of damaged houses in Sochi will receive new apartments in late 2016.

According to the press service of the city administration, the residents will receive an apartment of equivalent area if they have tenancy agreements. The rules for owners are different. They will receive apartments of the same cost, Yuga.ru reports.

It is planned to resettle 260 people from 20 damaged houses in 2017.
