NATO plans to resume the procedure of convening NATO-Russia Council meetings "for engagement with Russia", NATO’s Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stressed that restoration of NATO-Russia Council is up to NATO, since Moscow did not close any channels for dialogue.
