NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that NATO is not seeking a new Cold War with Russia.
"We certainly don't want a new Cold War, but at the moment Russia is not an ally," TASS cited him as saying.
According to the head of NATO, the world is too complicated to divide it into friends and foes. "Without Russia we cannot resolve major conflicts in the world," Stoltenberg added.
