The press service of the Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan said that the regional command center 'South' started the first phase of the sudden combat readiness inspection of troops based on the territory of the South Kazakhstan, Zhambyl and Kyzylorda regions.
"As part of the inspection troops were transferred to unfamiliar territory, where the active phase of the exercises will begin in the coming days," the ministry added.
