In Stavropol, a new sports and training center of the regional administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was opened.
The solemn opening ceremony was attended by the heads and employees of the regional law enforcement agency, as well as the representatives of the government structures and journalists.
The head of the regional Interior Ministry, Alexander Oldak, stressed that the new sports facility will allow the law enforcement officers to maintain a good physical condition for successful work.
He added that there are rooms for wrestling and hand-to-hand combat, as well as rooms and equipment for playing volleyball, basketball and tennis.
