Turkey does not intend to introduce a visa regime for citizens of Russia, despite the worsening of relations between the two countries, the Turkish Embassy in Russia said.
"Turkey will not introduce a visa regime for Russian citizens, as it considers the Russian people as friends," RIA Novosti cited the diplomatic mission as saying.
