Well-known Turkologist, writer and historian Murad Adji died. The memorial service will be held tomorrow at 10:00am.
"With deep regret we inform that on March 7, 2018, after a serious long illness, the researcher of the Turkic world, writer Murad Adji, died," the obituary on his official web-site reads.
Murad Adji was born in Moscow in 1944. He has written numerous books on history and culture of the Turkic world and the Great Steppe. The most well-known of his books are 'Wormwood of the Polovets Field' and 'Europa's Asia.'
