Russia's proposal for the development of the application forms for a potential supply of arms to Iran was blocked by the UN Security Council (the US, the UK, France), a source in the foreign ministry said.
Russia offered to coordinate the template, according to which the countries will be able to apply to the UN Security Council on the supply of the military equipment to Iran in the seven categories of the UN Register of Conventional Arms, Gazeta.ru reports.
