New sanctions against Russia were introduced today by the United States. The American Treasury announced restrictions against 30 individuals and 200 entities, including Moscow Exchange.
The US anti-Russian sanctions list has been increased by another 230 positions, the US Treasury announced.
Sanctions were imposed against over 30 citizens of Russia, as well as Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine, China, and South Africa.
In addition, there are over 200 Russian and Chinese entities on the blacklist.
Gas
The restrictions apply to the gas industry: Rusgazdobycha, Arctic LNG-1, Arctic LNG-3, as well as LNG carriers were sanctioned.
Financial organizations
In addition, new restrictions apply to financial organizations such as the Moscow Exchange, the National Settlement Depository and the National Clearing Center.
