US resumes purchase of Azerbajani oil

The US has resumed the purchase of Azerbaijani oil.

According to the website of the Energy Information Administration under the US government, in February 2016 the US purchased 1050 barrels of oil in Azerbaijan.

The previous purchase was carried out in October of 2015 in the amount of 1767 barrels.

In 2015 the US bought 4821 million barrels of oil in comparison with 8397 million barrels in 2014.
