Ukraine is ready to discuss with Russia the three billionth debt on the bonds out of court, Ukrainian Finance Minister Alexander Danilyuk said.
"We are ready for pre-trial agreements in regard to the Ukrainian debt," he said.
Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said Monday that Russia is prepared for a pretrial arrangement with Ukraine on its $3-billion debt.
"We will be ready to consider the question of a pretrial agreement. Provided that proposals of the Ukrainian side substantially differ from the ones, upon which commercial creditors have agreed. We will be unable to reach the agreement if the Ukrainian side takes the same stance," Sputnik cited him as saying.
