Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin has accused Russia of preparing gunmen for the terrorist group Islamic State.
According to the Ukrainian Minister, a significant number of insurgents had previously served in the army of Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein. "Russia knows them inside out, their mentality. It has even trained them," he said in an interview.
