Allegations that Russian economy is shifting towards the East in response to sanctions are wrong, it is about a correction of imbalances, the Minister of Economic Development of Russia, Alexei Ulyukayev, said.
"We are not shifting towards anything. We just want to have a more solid base for development. It is safer to stand on two feet than one," he noted.
