United Kingdom expands sanctions related to Abramovich

Canadian businessman Eugene Tenenbaum and businessman David Davidovich, who has Russian and Israeli passports, have been sanctioned by the UK because of their "close relationship" with businessman Roman Abramovich.

The introduction of personal sanctions against businessmen is mentioned in the sanctions list updated on the website of the UK government on Thursday. London will freeze all Tenenbaum's assets in the country, his private jets are prohibited from entering British airspace. Sanctions against Davidovich turned out to be tougher, in addition to freezing assets and closing airspace, London has imposed a complete ban on entry into the UK.
