Armenian playwright and screenwriter Perch Zeytuntsyan passed away today in Yerevan aged 79. the press service of the Armenian Culture Minister confirmed.
Zeytuntsyan was the Minister of Culture in the first post-Soviet administration of the Republic of Armenia in 1990-1991.
